Our reaction and response to COVID-19

At HWSS, despite the current circumstances we have continued to provide top level teaching to pupils and shown great levels of support throughout.

We have continued to provide essential PE lessons to primary schools across South East London and Kent.

During the return of schools in September, we creatively adapted our style of teaching to ensure all pupils and staff are safe and can still reach their full potential when performing and learning.

As a company we effectively formulated new curriculum incorporating social distancing alongside immediately purchasing PPE equipment for all staff. Before and after sessions we ensure that all equipment that has or will be used is sanitised to help prevent the spread and keep all pupils safe.

Since the second lock down, several year groups or schools have had to close due to outbreaks of the virus. As a result of this, we have chosen as a company to provide home learning tools for pupils. Due to our coaching staff unable to be at the schools during these times, they have all created home learning videos that incorporate the national curriculum and the schools individual philosophy to ensure children at home still have access to physical activity and learn whilst being at home.
