Harry Watling…

Harry is the Founder and Director of HW School Skills and its sister company Advance Player Development. He was one of the country’s youngest coaches to gain the UEFA A and B license at the ripe ages of 26 and 18. Unsurprisingly, Harry was snapped up by premier league powerhouse Chelsea FC where he coached for 5 years before moving on to Millwall FC, West Ham United, Hartford FC and is now the First Team Coach at Rangers FC in Scotland.

Harry’s skillset is not limited to his football coaching. His entrepreneurial flare has led him to set up two sport coaching companies: HW School Skills and Advance Player Development.

Harry believes in using the power of sport to enrich children’s lives and as a tool to combat modern issues such as mental health, obesity and confidence.
