HW School Skills
HW School Skills was founded in 2013 by Director, Harry Watling. HW School Skills is a Primary School Sports Coaching provider that now provides professional and premium multi-sports coaching to over 20 primary schools across South East London and Kent.
We specialise in creating and delivering the PE curriculum, extra-curricular activities and holiday camps. We stand out in the market for our high level of standards and quality of coaches, this is made possible with the help of our Coach Development Program. We have coach development managers that actively assess all of our coaches throughout the term and provide them with feedback and constant support. We deliver termly CPD events to all of our coaches to keep our quality assurance consistent in all schools at all times. Our philosophy is based on the ‘Pupil Centric Model’ that places the student at the heart of a multifaceted approach to create the best environment between teachers, parents/guardians and the HW coaches and the children. This ensures the individual needs of each child is met so they can thrive. We call this, harnessing their superpower.
HW School Skills distinguishes itself from its competitors by the dedication and enthusiasm of its coaches and management team. Our coaches are punctual for lessons, creative with syllabus planning and calm in discipline. This is supplemented by a management team who can be contacted any time via email or phone. We also have coaches available to cover so we aim to keep our promise of never cancelling a session.
All of our coaches are enhanced DBS checked, Safeguarding trained and hired via our Safer recruitment process.
